Maintenance of drum dryer


1. The bearing bears the overall operation of the machine. The quality of the bearing will directly affect the service life of the machine. Therefore, the maintenance of the bearing is very important. The lubricating oil should be clean and well sealed;


2. According to our customer's feedback, the wheel tyre will be loose after using for a period of time, so it should be checked frequently;


3. The easily worn parts shall be inspected frequently, and the worn parts shall be replaced in time;


4. The bearing oil temperature will increase with the extension of operation time. If this situation is found, it should be stopped for inspection;


5. If there is impact sound during the operation of the rotating gear, it needs to be stopped for maintenance immediately.


Working principle of drum dryer:

The dryer has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, which can use high temperature hot air to quickly dry materials.
